I’ve never seen a company fumble so hard other than Discovery imagine having an amazing catalog of movies and tv shows only to then rent them out too other streaming services years later because you mismanaged your app so badly it reminds me of when Warner bros was trying to push for same day new movie streaming only to end up losing millions of dollars because streaming new movies from home instead of a movie theater isn’t profitable. I don’t think i will be using this app for long because I mainly used to to stream adult swim shows and now they’re removing a ton of shows and putting them on different platforms like the venture bros and metalocalypse. That was literally the best part about hbo max was the Warner bros ips why would you get rid of shows that make your app money? Now they’re even planning on doing it with cartoon network shows.
