Agree, the cards are not exactly the same. I personally like witherfingers better than demo due to its 8 attack value, it is a great game finisher.

Bronze gate is not as strong as pw due to what you mention. But it is very sticky as well due to its armor, also it does not resummon a creature for your opponent when it dies (which screwed me over late game sometimes when playing pw)

Than they overstack their decks. It is not useful having 4 7 mana drops that do the same imo in case of demo/wither, those decks get rekt vs aggro

They can just release similar cards in the future right (e.g. like witherfingers = demogorgon, bronze gate ~ pyramid warden etc). That balances it out quite good imo

Mortgage (30 yr fixed,4%) on an avg 400k house is about 2400 euro a month now. Average rent is 1200-1500 a month for a "normal" house, so currently renting a house is much cheaper and safer than buying. Price needs to come down for people to get back into the market.

We zien een versnelling van zeespiegel stijging en meer dan eerder verwachtte toename van stormachtig weer. Dijken en waterkeringen zijn gebouwd op de situatie tussen 1960 en 1980 en hielden dus weinig tot geen rekening met de soort stormen die er in de nabije toekomst voorspeld worden. Dit betekent dat een storm die bijvoorbeeld maar eens in de 10000 jaar zou voorkomen nu ineens eens in de 1000 jaar (deze getallen zijn gewoon gekozen als voorbeeld) zou kunnen voorkomen en de kans dat de huidige water infra dus niet goed genoeg is.

Why? the US pays good interest on the dollar, while the other currencies do pay much less. So makes sense to me that the dollar rises. Also seems like the FED is so far properly countering inflation (unlike other central banks where it is still going up faster), so fleeing to the dollar makes sense to me.

Als we zo doorgaan is de westkant met 80 jaar wel klaar (stijging is dan ongeveer 1m in het beste senario, alleen als je daar storm risico bij rekent is de overstroomt de boel waarschijnlijk sneller). huisjes gaan wel langer mee dan dat (aangezien we nu allemaal in een jaren 30 huis willen wonen die al 100 jaar oud is in sommige gevallen)

We prob wont survive it, due to fallout and lack of large long term shelters.

If you want to have a shot: - find shelter underground. if you cannot find shelter underground, find any form of shelter inside without Windows and perferably thick cover (e.g bathroom, corridors or behind concrete/metal). -if you cannot reach inside cover: lay on the ground and try to cover your head with a cloth (and dont look at the explosion as it will blind you instantly). After the blastwave (if you are still alive) you need to get cleaned of nuclear radiation asap (at home/shelter remove all clothing before going inside and shower immidiately)

If you are still alive (and not radiation sick/badly wounded) comes the hard part: you need to survive for undefined amount of time in your shelter till authorities come and get you out or till declared safe to go outside. So without (bottled)water and food for weeks your chances are slim.

You are mentioning psychology and that you want to do VWO. maybe look into HBO toegepaste psychologie (much better opportunities compared to the university version of psychology, which only adresses theory and doesnt prepare you for the real workforce afterwards).

Ik zie niet waarom bedrijven of kerken dit zouden willen doen. Sommige bedrijven bekostigen je opleiding als ze je graag willen hebben (en heb je dus geen studieschuld, maar ben je vaak wel verplicht er een aantal jaar te werken), dit is echter vaak alleen in sectoren met een zeer hoge vraag (e.g. zorg/ict). Veel sectoren zitten helemaal niet te wachten op dit soort constructies, daarnaast is keuze van studie je eigen verantwoordelijkheid en ga je dus bewust een schuld aan.

Het is wel klote dat de overheid het studie lenen tijdelijk verplicht heeft gemaakt voor sommigen, deze mensen mogen wat mij betreft volledig gecompenseerd worden.
