If you never played OW1 this isn't an attack on you, OW2 is fun as hell but it's just so much worse then OW1 and I'm tired of people pretending it's not. We've had to rework 10-12 characters just to make 5v5 work and we're still in the process of reworking other characters They say they got rid of tanks for balancing but how many more characters do we have to rework before the game is balanced? They got rid of tanks for Queue times? Queue times are still awful unless your tank. The only role no one wants to play. They removed maps from the casual map pool for no reason, it's Quick Play. Keep 2CP out of comp I get that. Push is fun but FP is a joke, half of all FP games just have your team constantly leaving and you lose because all your team is backfill, the respawn mechanic helps but people still don't actively regroup and it leads to these immense staggers where you're team just stays losing. Why does tank rely so heavily on counterswapping and/or their own team comp to do anything. Where is my LFG post system? Where's the fun seasonal events? Where are all the new maps? The single player story mode is a pathetic joke and a waste of money. Exorbitant shop prices even for a BP game. The only things from OW2 I enjoyed were some new heros and a handful of maps but even that enjoyement was soured by the realization that all we would ever get again is just a handful of skins and crappy extras with every new BP. I hope this game dies so people can remember how much fun OW1 was.
