This Aussie-owned and operated bookmaker is a new player in town, looking to establish itself in the Australian betting landscape.

Bet Nation also professes to be a "betting agency for the people, of the people." But before you join, the Punters Bet Nation review covers everything you need to know before signing up.

Licensed by the Northern Territory Racing Commission, Bet Nation is a project that's been in development for some time. However, it's been a period well spent as Bet Nation has launched with a website and service that's hit the ground running.
Owned by the Melbourne-based Amused Australia, Bet Nation appears to be a project that's been worked on for over 16 months prior to launch as many site content pages have a publication date from April 2021.
As such it's hardly surprising then that this new bookie has come onto the scene with plenty of great markets and armed to the teeth with a variety of superb promotional offers.
It's clearly been well prepared to jump out of the gate at launch date and hiring the likes of Brendan Fevola and Mitchell Johnson to promote it are great gets that look likely to being in several clients right from the outset.
Bet Nation Review: Summary
If you're ready to feel the sensation, then Bet Nation is the bookie for you.
As mentioned, Bet Nation has jumped out of the blocks with a website and app that looks super professional and clean. It is also efficient and quick and delivers a great user experience.
However, we do question the colour scheme a little as the white, teal and navy colours don't leap off the page and make an immediate impression that this is a new operator that is doing things differently. That being said, that is simply aesthetics as well and this writer's opinion and it has no bearing on the overall quality user experience of the website and app that Bet Nation have delivered, which is right up there with the big boys.
Having just commenced operations, Bet Nation doesn't offer the sheer breadth of markets as other bookmakers, especially when it comes to sports. What they do offer though, is a quality racing betting experience across the three main disciplines that gives punters plenty of opportunities to bet at International tracks, some of which are not offered by other bookies.
On top of this Bet Nation delivers some seriously good promotions to punters across both sport and racing. The biggest of these is the run 2nd to 10th on selected races and get your money back in bonus bets. This is just one example of the quality promos that Bet Nation delivers each and every day, with promotions coming for all forms of racing as well as sports.
On top of this Bet Nation offers a fast deposit system through the website and app and the ability to quickly see trending bets to see if you want to get in on the action with these. Punters can even quickly throw these trending bets into a rapid fire multi too.
One strange element I found with Bet Nation was there are no links from the website to any of the bookmaker's social media platforms. Bet Nation have quite active Facebook and Instagram pages where they utilise the star power of Brendan Fevola and Mitch Johsnon nicely. However, for a new bookie we found it odd that they do not seem to have a Twitter account. On top of this, the blog content that Bet Nation have on site through the Tips/BetNation part of the website seem slightly out of date.
The fact that Bet Nation is Australian owned and operated definitely an achievement worth celebrating. This is a bookie that undoubtedly understands what the unique needs of the Australian punter are, so if this is what you are searching for, Punters highly recommend that you register a Bet Nation account.
Bet Nation Offers Review
Punters are always looking for a huge range of offers from their bookie, well if you haven’t tried Bet Nation yet, you are certainly missing out.
Promotions are one of the things that really sets Bet Nation apart and they deliver a new one each and every day.

Bet Nation Website Review
They may be a new operator in the Australian betting landscape but Bet Nation deliver a website experience befitting of some of the bigger players.
The website loads quickly and all the important tasks such as placing a bet or finding a sports market only take a few clicks. As soon as it loads there is a banner at the top of the page advertising the daily promotions available while below this are quick links to several featured events, like various sports and even novelty TV markets.
Below this is the Next To Jump section, which enables punters to quickly access the next race across the three disciplines and then filter which on they wish to punt on. This is followed by another section below it on upcoming sports and at the base of the page a section on Trending Bets which gives punters knowledge of the what bets customers are liking at any given time.
Instead of utilising the usual three column page structure for the website, there are just two sections available to punters with Bet Nation. As mentioned, when you load the home page initially there's a strip of Featured Events, which is then replicated in a left-hand menu, where customers also have handy links to account information and the overall promotions page.
In the second column, which is the main section of the screen, punters will be able to search for the specific markets they want to bet on whether that be racing, sports or novelty markets.
Just above the main section there is a very handy and user-friendly strip which gives punters easy access to their accounts and some tools. The links in this part are Account Info (designated by a person icon), deposit, Balance, Bonus amounts available, Hide, Logout, Verify (if you have not yet verified your account information) and Pending bets.

Bet Nation App
Like the overall website, the Bet Nation app delivers a clean and efficient user experience that compliments the website perfectly. As mentioned one of the best sections of the site is Trending Bets, which appears very prominently on the base of the app screen.
The Bet Nation website and app also deliver some very handy racing form to ensure customers make an informed bet. There's Quick Form and a Speed map that opens smoothly in both the website and ap. The larger overall form section opens in its own page on the website, while on the app when this is opened, customers will need to use their manual back buttons to go back to the main market section and place their bet. This is a little fiddly and maybe something that can be improved when later versions of the app are released.
One element of the app that's definitely worth noting, though, is that there's added security layered in with a fingerprint sign-in option.
The mobile version of the website for Bet Nation runs extremely smoothly and adjusts automatically for small screens and we found it close to identical to the desktop version in terms of appearance and function, so those who want to punt on the go are accommodated nicely.
The Bet Nation App can be downloaded HERE for Android and HERE for iOS
Bet Nation Markets
Bet Nation have only just launched their product in July/August 2022, so it is understandable that they do not have quite the sheer breadth of markets as other more established bookmakers.
That being said, they do pretty well with what they have, offering racing markets across thoroughbred, harness and greyhounds for all Australian and NZ tracks. More so, one of their selling points is that they offer racing from several international markets including Ireland/UK and South Africa to go with places like Japan and the USA.
When it comes to sports, the difference in markets is clearer. For instance on a NRL game within 24 hours of the match, there are 13 markets available with Bet Nation, while established bookies sometimes have three to four times as many markets on a single game.
Another interesting area is Sports Futures. While most bookies keep their futures sections alongside the regular markets - for instance AFL Futures will be with the AFL section - with Bet Nation they have a specific section for all Sporting Futures that can be quickly accessed through the Featured Events sections along the top of the website page and in the left-hand column. They also do a similar thing with Racing Futures which can also be opened through Featured Events.
However, when it came to sporting futures, the markets at this stage seemed quite limited. For instance, Bet Nation provided a market for the AFL Premiership winner, but not one for the Brownlow Medal or Nor Smith Medal. The same applied for NRL too, with a market available for the ultimate premiership winner but nothing there for the top-four seeing as that hadn't quite been settled at the time of wiriting this review, nor the Dally M.
Another interesting thing we found with the sports markets odds, in this case for AFL matches was that the big win/little win market - which we presumed to be one of the more popular bets with an AFL match was pushed right down to the bottom of the page and was difficult to find.
All these things, though, sound like teething problems for Bet Nation in the very early stages of their operation, but they're still things to be aware of. All that being said, it seems that Bet Nation have a good foundation of markets to keep building on now that they have launched and are up and running.

Bet Nation Review Roundup
One of the newest operators in the Australian betting landscape, Bet Nation has hit the ground running with a very visible marketing presence that gets plenty of mileage from the star power of Brendan Fevola and Mitchell Johnson.Bet Nation haven't tried to reinvent the wheel when it comes to bookmaking in Australia either. They offer a very solid product, especially when it comes to racing markets that's backed up by a very efficient and user friendly website and app. Navigation on the website is very simple and clean and enables punters to get their bets on quickly and efficiently whether that be for Australian and New Zealand races or for some of the many international racing markets they have available.
Being a new operator, Bet Nation doesn't quite have the sheer breadth of markets available as the established bookies when it comes to sports betting on individual matches or futures. But as we said earlier, this is still very early days for Bet Nation and we can see them adding more markets to this as they go. Bet Nation, however, do offer some of the novelty markets on entertainment - like My Kitchen Rules etc - that other bookies do no touch.
Bet Nation have a great social presence, especially through Facebook but it is sometimes difficult to find these channels as there are no links from the site directly to them. There also doesn't seem to be a Twitter page either as the Punters team could not find one that was currently operating. But, the Bet Nation team have done a great job with a Facebook video from Brendan Fevola of acknowledging the dangers of problem gambling. Their commitment to looking after customer sin this field is among the best we've seen from bookies as their 'problem gambling page' offer customers several questions where they can make an assessment on whether there is an issue or not.
All up, we look forward to seeing where Bet Nation goes from here as their initial offering is very good and promises to be even better as time goes by.
END.
