According to some tweets from people at BAMMA and/or watching it
Mayhem was talking to hall and hall hit him.

Just left BAMMA 22 in the 3 Arena in Dublin. Disgraceful scenes as English fans hurled bottles and glasses at the champion, after the fight ended.
Never seen this before at an MMA event, let alone a mainstream televised event like this.
After the champion, DuQuesnoy, won the decision in a great fight by both men, the English fans screamed abuse, and around a dozen threw bottles and glasses at the champion.
The remaining Irish fans applauded DuQuesnoy, who was visibly upset by the abuse and projectiles.
I should point out that most of the English fans only shouted abuse at the winner and the arena staff, only 10 or so threw bottles at the fighter.
Even the losing fighter's coach appealed for calm, which did not stop the abuse or bottles.
I should point out that DuQuesnoy deserved the decision in a really enjoyable fight.
There had been fights amongst the crowd earlier in the night, after a ko win in a fight between 2 English fighters.
I haven't been to BAMMA events before, so not sure if it's the norm, but the planned event for February of fights between Irish and English fighters, might be one to avoid!
Really disappointing end to what was an enjoyable night of fights.
