Today is officially 2weeks on keto and I’m back under 200. My SW is 212.4. GW 165
And I weighed after having my breakfast and coffee! I feel great and cravings are pretty much gone. I’m not weighing or tracking my food yet. First couple days I just ate as much as I wanted as long as it was keto and my portion sizes have naturally become smaller since I’m not as hungry. I may track tomorrow just to get an idea on what’s my normal right now. I have had a few non keto things here and there but I just get right back keto the next meal and don’t dwell on it.
I know it’s early but so far so good. I was hardcore keto years ago (stopped when I became pregnant) and it feels so good to be back.
