Kevin has always been more of a “family guy”: he married and started having kids fairly young, largely staying out of the spotlight except for touring. Nick and Joe, however, dated around a bit before marrying and starting families. I think filming the show fits Kevin’s personality: he is off filming for a few weeks a year, then he gets to go back to staying out of the spotlight (aside from touring) and focuses on his family.

Frankie has always been funny, but his humor works best when playing off of someone. I don’t think he’d be as amusing on his own. Plus, as others have said, the joke is that Frankie’s CtF is that he is the “bonus Jonas.” It was a rather rude nickname that I think hurt his feelings when he was younger, so I love that, by hosting the show, he’s taken control of the narrative and the joke.

She’s clearly meant to be the “straight man” to two more over-the-top characters. You’d think a critic would understand that.

Not that I think OP needs to send a note, but, playing devil’s advocate here, the gift basket was a favor. Favors have never required a thank you note.

Is there another series where games are numbered and the stories connected but people play them out-of-order? I never thought of starting anywhere other than DE.

I could have written this. I get scouted and asked to apply, spend a month interviewing, then get to the final round just to be told they felt someone was a better fit. Don’t blow smoke up my ass and waste my time just so you can say you interviewed a diverse pool.

They still do. That’s why they have never unionized. They didn’t let those folks go but gave them lots of notice that their jobs were becoming redundant and helped them transfer to other departments. They may have offered early retirement, but I don’t know that last part for certain.

Yes. If you go back and watch Miss Americana, she was SO excited about this song!! I hate that it seems to have been ruined for her, especially given the message. There’s a load of irony there.

Depends on the company. At McKee Foods (company behind Little Debbie), folks were making 100k per year to load trucks. It’s why they automated the department as much as possible.
