I actually paused my membership for this month of June to give Crossfit a try because I wanted to lift heavier. I will say... I miss OTF. There's not a lot of cardio in Crossfit. I am having a lot of fun lifting heavy things though. But it definitely doesn't feel like the "workout" feeling that OTF gave me. I'll definitely probably do both come July, but lean more towards more OTF than Crossfit as the cardio aspect I feel is key to maintaining weight.

Yep. My sister was considering moving here from Chicago, but one thing holding her back was she would need to buy a car. It would have actually made it more expensive to live here than being in downtown Chicago. She moved to another city with good public transportation.
