Came back to add to this, that would make sense also with her claiming she was blocked when we see no evidence to that as all the messages are blue and delivered. If it’s Carly she could have convinced herself she must surely be blocked or else Carly would write back, and that gives her a way to blame B+T too. Although I do agree I don’t think they’d give Carly’s number to them so it does make more sense that she’s just completely losing it in general.

Y’all are young so you probably don’t realize this now but that amount is less than a dual income middle class couple makes in a year so it unfortunately won’t retire yall in 10 years in any way what so ever. This amount can drastically boost her life financially if she plans it correctly and people have given tons of good info, but unfortunately I don’t have high hopes given your post 😬😩

Also- I’m unsure what the VA loan has anything to do with not needing that money towards a home of her own? Y’all aren’t married so that doesn’t benefit her in any single way. Please be man enough to not let her use a single cent that goes towards a home you’ll own. Ugh.

And it sounds like you want a va loan for y’all’s home and also want to buy another property….. you still have to pay the mortgage, tax, insurance, and upgrades on the extra property… that money will pay for the down payment and then some…. Yall would be stuck with 2 mortgages, plus the everything I just explained and more without anything left…
