It was a year of unprecedented UAP events. Here is a chronicle of what happened.
Read MoreThe Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) is a non-profit organization that includes scientists, professionals, academics, investigators, and others, all volunteers, dedicated to the study and analysis of the UFO phenomenon. Our purpose is to promote serious scientific interest, investigation, and research on UFOs, to serve as an archive for reports, documents, and publications about the UFO phenomenon, and to be an educational resource for the public.
CUFOS has, from its inception, not been a membership organization. We have scientific and professional consultants and a community of interested supporters. You can join our community by signing up below.
Our site contains an enormous amount of material, especially original sighting reports, investigations, and official government documents. CUFOS publications available include all issues of our periodical International UFO Reporter, our academic publication Journal of UFO Studies, along with bulletins, newsletters, and CUFOS monographs. Additionally, there is an extensive UFO timeline of events throughout history, educational resources about the UFO phenomenon, and publications of NICAP, an early important UFO organization. We encourage you to explore these in areas of interest.
CUFOS currently engages in several ongoing activities and if you are interested in volunteering and supporting the work, please read about this in our Get Involved page.
