Bradley marshall, legal bully and douche-nozzle is permanently disbarred

We'd love to say: "You fuck with BlatherWatch, you're going down!" But that might be a bit of a stretch.

The state Supreme Court, unanimously upheld its decision to permanently disbar Seattle civil-rights attorney, sports agent, and legal bully, Bradley Marshall.

And he did it to himself.

We tried to warn Bradley Marshall. He's the defrocked attorney who's been trying to scare BlatherWatch with dire legal threats.

Now the mighty mouth of Horsesass.org, David Goldstein, has written a mocking post, calling him "a vain, effete, caterwauling pussy."

Now Dan Savage at The Stranger's hugely read Slog has picked it up.

Marshall has crossed another ethical line by using his former letterhead from "The Marshall Firm" and posing in his threats to BlatherWatch as an attorney in good standing. Officially, it's called "Unauthorized Practice of Law."

(Before he was suspended from practicing law in 2007 by the State Supreme Court and the bar association, Marshall was a celebrity lawyer, sports agent, civil rights attorney and adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University, and UW. He was Mike Webb's lawyer before his fateful fraud case).

We say "former letterhead from The Marshall Firm" because said firm is no more -- not after his suspension. Marshall has painted over his firm's name on his shingle and converted his condo office on a chi-chi block at Leschi into a "day office," one of those places that work-at-homes or live-in-their-shoes business types who  sometimes need a mail drop, or to rent a respectable-looking conference room or an officious-looking office space.

We doubt the bar association would approve of this lawyer who's not really a lawyer writing on a letterhead from a non-existent law firm making unlegal threats against a citizen.

Suspended attorney escalates legal threats against blatherwatch

Bradley Marshall, once attorney to the [basketball] stars, has given BlatherWatch a week to take down old posts with reporting about his ethical problems.

He's threatening suit in federal court for libel, despite there is none, and his law license was suspended by the State Supreme Court.

Truth is the only defense; Blatherwatch told no lies, so we say, (sigh) bring it on.

He's threatening legal action against BlatherWatch for our 2005 post, Mike Webb's Attorney No Stranger to "dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation".

Take it down or else, he says.
