I'd really like to see a time lapse video of this because it's hard to believe otherwise. From one digital artist to another, I think you have talent. I looked through your profile and your work is nice. But....none of it looks anything like this. It isn't just that it's really "good," it's that it doesn't look like a drawing. There are no brush strokes, no tiny human imperfections, the shading is exactly like the reference while most artists recreating an image tend to make shadows lighter or darker. The colors are almost identical if not just slightly saturated. The sharper parts of the image blend seamlessly with the softer parts, which, correct me if I'm wrong but I've only seen you showcase blender brushes that you use. Her piercings for example are so sharp, surely you would've used something else.

But I can see bits of your input in this. I see the ring light in her eyes and it's not a perfect circle. The highlights on her lip gloss and eyeshadow are not exact. Her hair is a bit fluffier. My assumption is that you sketched her by yourself, did some light painting, then pasted her photo and painted on top of that, played with colors, etc. Which is fine, it's still art. And it's not AI art. But I think if you're trying to say you drew this entirely from scratch, a time lapse video is necessary. If you use procreate, your entire drawing was recorded, and if you really did make this yourself, I'd very proudly share it. If I'm way off base then I hope that you do
