I’m one of those old folks that are retired and watch the morning news on TV. Gotta keep up with current events and weather. 😁 Anyway, it seems like there are crashes at Tesla Road and 130 at least once a week. There were two this week. Why? Is it during shift changes and people are in a hurry to get home?

For whatever reason, you are now living out of a vehicle part time or full time. This is a place to share the experience and tips with others in a similar situation.
I'm not car-living at the moment, but am curious if anyone who might be considering a Prius, would instead choose a used Tesla? Stick with me for a moment.
Here's the thought, used model S Teslas are dropping quite a bit in price, especially if they've lost some range. In my town, a few of these are just maybe $5000 more than a low mileage Prius V. I've noticed a number of them still have free Tesla Supercharging for life, seems like you could cut down on the cost of driving, and have the overnight power that is so convenient.
A little bonus, at least in my eyes, is that Tesla is wanting people to trade these cars in, because it's costing them money every year. So it's a little FU to Musk maybe, depending on what servicing costs.
Anyhow, what do y'all think? I realize these vehicles are still outside of most people's budget, mine included, but the allure of low ongoing costs is appealing.

Jared, you're my inspiration.
Last time, I only ate a sandwich from Starbucks because I was too busy inspiring people on LinkedIN.
That day I learnt what not having enough food felt like.
I have decided since then to skip dinner and talk about it on LinkedIN for others to learn and share my experience.
Might be dumb, might be genius. Wish me luck.

I've had a M3P for almost three months now. Coming from a ICE car there were a lot of new things to get used to but for the most part I've got that all sorted out now and I really like the car.
That said, there a few things that I can't say I love...
-
The steering wheel pressure, even in the heaviest setting, is too light for me.
-
The turning radius isn't great.
-
The visibility out of the M3, especially to the rear, is really limited.
For me, the last two issues make for a pretty annoying parking experience. I just can't get a feel for where the car is. Using cameras to mitigate this, especially when parallel parking, helps a little but the cameras aren't in the right places really (especially the front bumper). The intelligent tracking tech that's supposed to show you where stuff is relative to the car works OK in the back but not in the front and info to the sides isnt great either. It will show a parking spot curb/stop right in front of the car on the screen but when I get out I'm still several feet from it.
What would you change about your Tesla?
