For the Pelicans, it's either after Game 2 or Game 5 of the 2008 semis against the Spurs. To date, it's the only time I've felt we were a legitimate threat to win the NBA championship.

How do you all think the All-NBA teams this year will shake out?
My early picks at the moment are:
First Team: Doncic, SGA, Tatum, Giannis, Jokic
Second Team: Curry, Brunson, Booker, KD, Sabonis
Third Team: Trae, Edwards, Kawhi, LeBron, AD
This assumes that players like Embiid, Haliburton, Naz Reid, and Mitchell end up ineligible. So this might change depending on how healthy they are in the coming weeks.
Worst slate of all time tonight, it's okay because tomorrows slate looks like one of the best slates of the year. I am actually incredibly hyped for this slate tomorrow. If you haven't looked, it looks tremendous. Hope you all had a good night tonight i got absolutely wrecked.. paolo shoots 1-100 and then hits a game winner so we don't even get OT :/. but yea excited for this one tomorrow.
If discord is something you are interested in, Will have a link below where i have in-depth content going over each slate, player pools for cash/gpps. cores and much more.
Edit: pp -
Edit: alverado/naji out. waiting on zion/ingram - but trey murphy looks great regardless. hawkins is going to have to play a lot and i like him quite a bit. surprised hes not picking up more ownership
Edit: paolo out, we'll see who starts. really like franz. isaac is chalk rn, im fine with him but feel like going over owned. isaac could start i guess
Edit: black and goga starting. hard to ignore goga. even if he only plays 20 minutes hes a very good value. im not touching black
Edit: zion and ingram in. both very solid PPD plays. i still really like trey murphy. hawkins is still firmly in play

I follow michigan as my main team and college much more than pro’s but I enjoy the NBA when I get the chance to watch.
Who would you say is the best player from Michigan since 2010 in the NBA?
who do you think will go on to become the best player if you think that’s a different person? I.e. if you thought Franz wasn’t the best player today but will develop into it.
For my non NBA expert opinion, I do think Franz seems to be the best NBA player michigan has produced in this time frame and is likely to continue developing and maintain that.
Poole has one a ring but I don’t think that makes him the best player.
So who’s your pick for best Michigan player that entered the NBA since 2010?
(Why 2010? Somewhat arbitrary round number plus about when Beilien started developing NBA talent)

Any kings fans remember the magic game. He set one of the hardest screens which sent trevelin queen to the locker room, and he dunked on goga bitadze. There’s no one I’ve seen outside of valanciunas and maybe nurkic who can keep up with him on strength ignoring the kevon looney series where he had a fractured thumb the entire series. Two games ago, vs keldon Johnson, he sent him to the floor after setting a hard screen. Im excited for today’s game man.
image of screen if you don’t remember: it was absolutely amazing
For example: After being drafted 2nd overall in the stacked 2003 NBA draft, Darko Milicic became the youngest player ever to win an NBA title during his rookie season.
Basketball reasons aside, what NBA city would you want to live in as a player? Consider where youd be raising a family, taxes, weather, distractions, etc.
Personally i’d love to live in Phoenix or Miami. Anywhere but a California team (taxes) or Detroit (its Detroit).
Hi guys!
I'm visiting Miami (first time in US) and I wouldn't miss the chance to go to an NBA game.
I'm a moderate bucks fan because I'm Greek (Giannis), but I rooted for Miami last year after they destroyed the bucks.
Any tips for the best value-for-money seats for a nice experience at your amazing arena? (wouldn't mind any unethical tips either)
In return, I promise to give you tips if you ever want to enjoy the crazy EU arena vibes.
Thanks!
(PS: If you're gonna make it a troll contest for worst possible suggestions, at least DM me an actual suggestion please :D)
All Star selections do not count. Strictly All NBA. Pretty crazy difference imo.

The next two teams (2008 Celtics and 2015 Warriors) also won championships. Celtics are in good company thus far.
During his 13-year career, all with Bullets/Wizards, the team recorded five 50+ win seasons. They haven't won 50 games since Unseld retired (1981).
Wes Unseld remains only the second player in league history to win both Rookie of the Year and MVP in his first season (joining Wilt Chamberlain).Stats never really reflected Unseld's value and his impact. Think about Rodman. Or Bruce Bowen. Elvin Hayes was better/more skilled basketball player. But He wasn't even in the same galaxy as Unseld when it comes to understanding the game. Unseld had incredible feel for the game and like 6th sense to be in the right place and do the right thing.
Wes took the Bullets to 4 NBA finals and when he took the championship from the Sonics back in 78 he was voted MVP largely because of his heroics in the final game where Hayes fouled out and score very little. You also have to take into consideration that at the time people disliked Hayes intensely, he even criticized Wes in the newspapers for his lack of offense.
Season before Unseld got drafted, Bullets had a pretty good team led by Monroe, Johnson, Loughery, finished 36-46. Nobody was injured, thats really how good that team was. Next season, team was almost exactly the same. Same roster without any change, even the coach was still Gene Shue, only difference was that Unseld was now here. And boy, it was huge difference. Team won 57 games. 21 Game more than last season. With adition of one player. A rookie.
These are some of the things that lead me to believe he is the most underrated star in nba history.
For those who want to learn about him here are a few vids
