Okay, so I have lived in Wisconsin for almost all of my life. Grew up in Mount Horeb, a half hour west of Madison. Lived in downtown Mad for over a decade and then my wife and I moved to east of Monona in May of 2021. Ever since then, I’ve noticed that almost every time I drive down county road AB (from/to highway 12/beltline) there’s a person parked in the gravel area near the garbage dump for 4-8 hours per day in a silver 2010s-ish Toyota Rav4. They are always inside their vehicle and pretty much parked there every day, including most weekends. It’s been almost three years of this for me and it’s been a mystery that’s really been effing with my head. Anyone know this person or have seen this car parked there, and if so, do you know why they’re there every day? Someone speculated that it may be a Madison area employee but this person doesn’t leave their vehicle and just sits there all day. Please help my curiosity lol.
