Don't ask for medical or legal advice.
Go see an appropriate professional concerning medical and legal issues.
8
No pirated content.
Don’t share pirated content, such as ripped PPV streams or instructional videos. Do not ask for links to this content or otherwise imply in any way that you are going to be illegally acquiring material.
9
No spam or buy/sell posts.
Company owners can make one post announcing their store (ideally with a coupon code) but need to follow reddit's rules for self-promotion like buying reddit ads.
10
Memes/Shitposts are VERY restricted and may be removed.
Fight videos must show competent grappling. No Animal grappling.
Videos must contain at least one person who obviously trains BJJ and is applying that training. Someone imitating what they saw on UFC does not qualify.

13
"Follow-up Shitposts" must follow specific criteria.

They must be tagged as "Follow-up Shitpost"
They must link to the original post at the TOP of the post body.
There may only be a single "Follow-up Shitpost" per original post.
14
No short-form/promotional videos without instructional value.
Videos posted which demonstrate a technique must contain instructional value in the form of an in-depth explanation of the technique with narration. Short-form videos intended to boost social media presence are prohibited.
