We’ve got UBI experiments (with great results) going on, so why half ass it?
Why not try putting an entire town or city on a post-wealth economy? One where they accumulate funding only to interact with the outside world, but within the city, all needs are met and people are free to flourish in art, science, technology, and anywhere else they feel they could realize their full potential.
Want a bigger house? Want to be more important? More status to feed the ego? Than it would require being a better man or woman and helping your society (instead of scamming it).
Even if it all went wrong, would be a fascinating experiment
