What happens to people with severe CFS who can't get caretakers?

I am not talking about extreme CFS--I think we know what happens to them--but severe CFS, where people can ostensibly move, but not perform basic tasks of living such as lifting objects and opening packages without crashing? I assume they just have to power through? What has been the fate of people like this? Do they eventually just die of starvation when they lose the ability to move? This is not a question of morbid curiosity by the way, I have severe CFS, no income, no transportation, no husband, and old parents who don't accept me ,so yeah, that's me! Thanks! Trinity
