Down 40 pounds since December, I feel like I almost look like a different person in photos. Lost a shirt size and several pant sizes.

Success Story

When I look at myself in the mirror I still don’t really see much of a difference, but when I look at older pictures I can definitely tell I lost weight, and now I have physical evidence by going from a tightish fitting XL to comfortably in a Large, and 40x30 pants to 34x30. I’m still not where I want to be, but I’ve really turned my life around the last few months and feel like I partially owe that to keto. My mental health is better, I’m eating better, I can enjoy roller skating with my boyfriend without my feet killing me, walking is easier, I started a new high paying job. Everything is looking up for once and I’m thankful to you guys providing the wealth of information in this sub. I’m not sure where I’m stopping, probably around 180-160 or so but who knows?
