Forget about the LeBron vs. MJ debate. That’s a discussion for another time. Let’s take a look at the guy who is indisputably and statistically the least impactful player in the history of the NBA, Norm Grekin.
Played for the Philadelphia Warriors. Logged 1 minute in only 1 game, but in that minute he recorded absolutely no stats except a personal foul.
Remember his name. Norm Grekin. The WOAT.

His game isn’t particularly exciting to watch, and it seems all he’s known for off the court is being a massive Kobe stan. He’s been in a few commercials, but is significantly lacking anything resembling charisma. I can’t even recall a time something he did was ever talked about for very long, except texting dead Kobe.

Anyone ever been to the NBA All-Star practice that is in the Saturday before the game? I can't afford the game but I can afford $102 for the practice.
If so, was it worth it? Appreciate any feedback.

Most years I look forward to the trade deadline. Whether is a big trade sending stars to new teams for young players or teams using 3 and d veterans to get a first round pick as title contenders try to shape the edges of their rosters, is always fun.
So far it seems like it's been extremely silent.
Toronto is the only team that made a true decision, let's go young and rebuild. They traded highly touted 3 and D stud OG Annunoby to the knicks who is a perfect fit with the knicks for young 20ppg RJ Barrett and a promising young PG in Immanuel Quickley who's been up and down but does show starting PG potential. They then flipped Pascal Siakam, an all.nba level player, to the pacers for Bruce brown and his interesting contract and 3 first round picks. Will they flip brown again let's find out.
Charlotte traded Terry Rozier a high volume scoring undersized SG to the Heat to play PG for Lyle Lowry expiring contract and pick/s.....
The wizards took on Marvin Bagley III amd his 3 year contract off the pistons for expiring muscala and gallinari.
That's it!!! 4 trades!
Yes we have about 30 hours left till the trade deadline but usually by now there have been plenty of small and medium years, salary shredding trades, etc, with a lot more action.
I'd guess there's usually 15 trades or so each year, however small and meaningful.
So what's left? Who's on the move? Zach Lavine is out for months even though it looked like nobody wanted his contract.
The spurs could use making some moves, as could the pistons.
Are the hawks, Bulls, nets playing for the play in game or will they sell some players and look to rebuild. I'm starting to admire the raptors for actually deciding to make a change and making good moves. Their future looks legit.
Players like Royce O'Neal and DFS on the nets could really help contenders for a 1 or 2 pick, and there's tons of players like that around the league.
Alex Caruso could truly help a contender go over the edge of the Bulls aren't satisfied playing .500 ball.
The Lakers could shake it up a bit for a PG?
DeJounte Murray could help the Lakers, or maybe go back to the spurs and help Wembanyama!!
Miles Bridges had been told he's not apart of the Hornets future, even if he's their best player right now maybe they go full rebuild.
Philly could use a center while embiid is out?
There's so many possibilities I feel like nothing is going to happen.
I'm predicting this is one of the slowest trades deadlines ever. What do you guys think? Who's a trade that should or will happen, whether it's a star for a star or a veteran expiring for a draft pick??

I’m torn on seeing this news. On the one hand, I love that they’re out there getting seen. A’ja, JL, and NC rocking out will be fun to watch but it feels like it hurts their credibility. These are active professional basketball players all actively looking to win. But they’re playing with/against complete jokes of teams.
If we wanted to publicize the W at the ASG why not do a small exhibition game? Let the W players go for 4 4min quarters maybe 5-6/side. It just seems like this could have been done in a better way.
Status alert: Joel Embiid (knee) likely to miss 6-8 weeks, per @ShamsCharania.
Embiid will be back with time to spare before the playoffs, giving him a chance to ramp up the postseason. Now it's paramount for Philly to try to remain a top-6 seed for the rest of the season.
