If he doesn’t just resign with the Braves would you want the Dodgers to try and resign Flaherty and add him? I think the Dodgers prefer Sasaki but he may not even get posted. Fried is an LA guy and is good friends with Flaherty as well, but one thing that would be very beneficial is he’s a lefty which the dodgers don’t have any besides Kershaw currently. Also who knows if Kershaw plays next year. I get that Fried is also 30 and offering him a huge contract could be bad.
