My stepsister is claiming she was adopted, I was the executor of the estate. The estate was settled 4 months ago (Tennessee) HELP!

My father passed in February, he was in a nursing home, so there wasn't any real property to disperse of. Within 3 months, I found out he had 2 different bank accounts. I filed to probate, due to no will, and within 5 months time, we had our money. I divided the remaining after bills between myself, my sister (both bio) and my adopted brother (adopted at birth). Today my step sister says we owe her money because she was adopted and now wants to file against me. What will happen? What could happen? I need the good, the bad and the ugly so please dont sugar coat it.

Facts of case:

Sister and I are bio of father.

Adopted brother recieved a 1/3rd of the estate money. He was adopted at birth.

Step Sister was brought over from Russia when she was 10/11 yrs of age. Her mother and my father only lived together approximately 5-6 yrs, although they stayed married for a number of years afterward.

My father drew SSI and VA benefits. Which is why I believe they stayed married so long (Wife and stepsister went to collage on those benefits.

I was 18/19 when my father married the Russian bride. So I wasnt in the home to know all details of their legal proceedings.

When I cleaned out daddy's house when he went into the nursing home, I found no records of the adoption (I was looking for my brothers adoption paperwork).

What will happen? What can I do? I had no knowledge of the adoption...although it could have happened. HELP PLEASE!

Another student threatened my daughter with a gun.

So, pretty much what the title says. My daughter is 9 and in second grade. Thursday, this little boy in her class, that sits at her table, told her "I should go get my daddies gun and light yo ass up!" I wasn't even notified after it happened, the school called HER phone! My husband and I went to the school yesterday and of course they wouldn't really tell us anything. They kept talking about their "risk assessment." I for one, don't give a damn about their risk assessment! When has that ever stopped any kind of school shooting before?! Come to find out, the little boy didn't get put in ISD, suspended, or expelled! The icing on the cake is, he's STILL in my daughter's classroom and still sitting at her table! What legal steps do I need to take to get this to be taken seriously? I'm in Kentucky if that makes any difference.
