On 10-Oct-2023, we announced that we are hiring two people to fill senior-level, full-time positions:
Our new Operations Director will make us more functional and effective, and help us with organizational development as Executive Director’s right-hand person. Their role will be to successfully complete projects, achieve operational goals, and support the work of each of our departments and governance circles.
Our new Programs Director will lead our public programming including our 9-day intensive trainings (IITs) and will work closely with the Programs Resource Circle, the elected group of Certified Trainers who establish policies and decisions related to programs.
