The reviews look pretty good - but I wonder if there is something to be wary about when they drop the price by a third.

Does anyone have this unit? What do you think of it?

So basically this is the type of nieghbor that uses our trash can (as soon as it is emptied by the trash company leaving us with less space for the week and not asking if this is okay), the type of neighbor that dumps chicken bones, left overs directly into our trash can which makes it stink, won’t give me packages that mistakenly get delivered to his house addressed to me (Amazon takes pictures of where items are dropped off), among other things that I won’t get into now.

Now that the tone is set, there is a pipe that goes from his property through a brick wall in the property line into my drive way. Basically he drinks all of his water into my drive way which floods it. This existed before we lived here, not sure for how long.

How do I plug it? It is about 4 inches wide and made of black plastic. He is a contractor so I’m sure he can figure out how to unplug it though.

My HOA sucks, they deny basically any request that involves the exterior appearance of the home.

What options do I have to reduce the solar heat in my windows? My master is uncomfortably hot even with the faux wood blinds closed. Is window tint / reflector safe? What about internal solar screens? Maybe burning down the HOA main office?
