since there's no new Knowledge Fight this week, no way to expose myself to Alex, I had to do some sort of trauma to my mental state, obviously; so I hit up a couple of reliable interrogation channels. Came across this video which is a summary and followup of an offendor from To Catch a PRedator with Chris Hansen. Lo and behold, towards the end.... turns out this creep was defended by one Norman Pattis, and the defences included such gems as "he did a lot of volunteer work" and "the age of consent is silly and this would not have been illegal 100 years ago".
