Hello, everyone. My tenant started off with one dog and now she has three. I told her that she had to get rid of the additional two or get charged pet fees for them. I went to pick up the mail today and noticed she had a piece of certified mail from USA Service Dogs. From that I gathered that she definitely registered her animals as ESAs. Is USA Service Dogs a legitimate company? I went to website it looks like you basically pay for a note from a doctor that you never actually speak to. I know people who have ESAs but have gotten notes from psychiatrists that they've actually visited. What is the best course of action for this?
