How has the upcoming presidential election affected you?

A lot of people needlessly care about a bunch of cells that don't really yet even have a brain formulated that can feel anything- you want to call a person. Guess what, the world is full of people feeling real pain, and the birth what will *eventually* be a person will cause a lot of pain if it's seen through.

I hope you donate a lot of your 5M liquid to people feeling pain, since you want to stand up for a bunch of cells not capable of pain. Seems like an education issue.

The point is they can spend it on some kind of confort and closure that they want, they're being considerate you're just missing the point. If that's what the survivors want, they can do that. If they want to instead celebrate the passing by renting out a mansion and being together in a beautiful place recounting memories they can do that too. I'd hope my family does the latter and has some enjoyment

How stupid would it be to print it like this?

Good advice- as far as different layer heights for different places, do you (or anyone else) know the easiest way to do this in Cura? A little googling shows that one way is to make different bodies and stack them I guess but I'm wondering if there is a better way?

Fuck it, put it at a large venue. Sell out 20k seats by having each ticket be like $25. Fans get a diet UFC experience (it's UFC but no names), UFC rakes in cash, ???

I went to a fight night, in 2020 when they were still decent and tix were less than $200. I'm not sure if there will be better deals PFP, and I wouldn't be surprised if I don't go to another UFC event in my life, even if my finances substantially increase

Can I use this acrylic paint on my PLA?

I haven't tried. Sounds like something you can play with to get the best ratio. Let me know if you do this on some scrap 3d printed part

I married well, I have a nice car and a beautiful house.

I know this feeling a little bit. My wife's assurance that I'm a huge benefit and support usually squashes my insecurities if they arise. Also, and this is important- I do things that provide value. I work on projects around the house and am working on my own way of adding financial value. It seems like you're bringing home money, which is valuable in itself, regardless of size.

How is it that I bring home $0 a year (besides some general good investing in stock market) and I feel like an invaluable and equal partner? Maybe you're caught up in societal norms too much. My wife works hard. Harder than a guy at a construction site? Maybe, maybe not, probably about the same, it's just her work rewards her so much more because she acquired a special skill. If anything, she should be wondering why she get's paid so much, and that's something I've had to wrap my head around. I'm not sure your situation, but I know you could probably frame the source of the differently and question if anyone truly earned a rich lifestyle. Coming up in the tax bracket always makes one question how they get to a life that seems extravagant in comparison to their old way of living
