If we’re already paying them to deliver the food then it’s not reasonable to expect further payment for your “time”. Your employer pays you for your time, and we pay your employer the their goods and services.

You’re also supporting the businesses to operate the way they do by continuing to work for them, despite you obviously not feeling you’re being paid fairly.

Definitely not for deliveries. I’m already paying for delivery upfront so I’m not going to tip for that. Employers are responsible for paying their staff, not customers. Increase the delivery fee and menu cost if they need to pay their staff more.
