We’re a distributed global team, with our core leadership staff based out of our Los Angeles headquarters. As a close knit team, we believe in working hard and playing hard, but most importantly we share a passion for building products that empower millions of people and make a positive difference in their lives.

When we’re not working we’re checking out the best Korean BBQ spots LA has to offer, learning and tasting wine, playing sports and racing triathlons, and otherwise geeking out to the latest trends in design, software and web3. Michael Quoc

Michael Quoc is the founder and CEO of Demand.io. Michael founded Demand.io to apply AI, advanced engineering, and community-first principles to solve everyday consumer problems at scale. Michael’s operating philosophy is to create aligned economic outcomes across his company, his employees, his community stakeholders, and business partners alike. Prior to founding Demand.io, Michael served as Head of Product at Yahoo, where he drove innovation across the Fortune 100 company’s global network. Michael previously held product leadership roles at Desktop.com and investment and strategic advisory roles at Pequot Ventures and Jefferies Broadview. Michael studied Computer Science at UC Berkeley and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Maria Ponomarchuk

Maria Ponomarchuk is VP of Product Management at Demand.io. Maria leads product strategy, product growth, and product execution across the Demand.io network. Maria brings extensive experience as a product leader, serving in Product and Growth leadership roles at TikTok, Apple, and Reface AI. As the first product hire at TikTok, Maria served as Director of Product during TikTok’s early growth years, playing a pivotal role in establishing TikTok as one of the dominant social media platforms in the US. Maria previously served as a Senior Product Manager at Apple where she worked on Apple’s e-commerce store and checkout process. Maria also served as Head of Product & Growth for Reface AI, the viral face swapping and AI avatar app that reached #1 in Apple’s app store. Maria holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kyiv Economic Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s in International Law and Legal Studies from Kyiv Slavonic University.

Allison Mac

Allison Mac is VP of Brand Marketing at Demand.io. Allison leads brand strategy and communications across our network of products. Allison brings over 15 years of experience as a marketing executive for startups to publicly traded tech companies. Allison joined us from TrueCar (NASDAQ: TRUE) where she served as VP of Marketing, leading all marketing functions including brand marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and creative design, and led the $250M auto e-commerce company through a comprehensive branding execution post-pandemic, driving key marketing metrics. Prior to that, Allison served as Head of Brand Marketing & Communications for the popular social gas price tracking app GasBuddy, where she played a leading role in driving the app to 100M downloads through effective brand storytelling and creative PR and partnership executions. Previously, Allison served as Director of Marketing & Growth for VC-backed social news startup Inside founded by Jason Calacanis and backed by Elon Musk, Mark Cuban, and Sequoia Capital. Allison started off in her career as a broadcast news journalist and PR account executive. Allison holds a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism and Bachelor’s in Political Science from Syracuse University.

Brian Stanback

Brian Stanback is a Demand.io Partner and Principal Software Engineer. As a technical co-founder, Brian leads architecture design, platform engineering, and application engineering across Demand.io’s technology platforms and product portfolio. Brian now tackles our most challenging engineering problems, spanning blockchain development, LLM strategy, design, and implementation, and machine learning systems. Brian previously held engineering leadership positions at Mosaic Sustainability, Bracket Labs, and Renewable Choice Energy. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Colorado State University.

An innovator throughout his career, Chris has always worked at the cutting-edge of design, leading and helping ship products like Oculus Rift, Rayban Stories, Samsung VR Gear, Facebook Spaces, and Coinbase Advanced Trading.

Isaac previously was a Principal Software Engineer at Northrup Grumman where he lead development of modeling, analysis, and design tools for aerospace engineering applications. Dylan Ler

Dylan is a Senior Data Scientist and AI Engineer at Demand.io. Dylan currently leads the development of our custom LLMs (large language models) for e-commerce and related data systems and pipelines. Dylan previously served as a Senior Data Scientist & Machine Learning Engineer for WebMD, where he spearheaded a variety of AI projects geared at providing LLM-based chat features, optimizing content recommendations, and ad yield optimization. Dylan serves as a student mentor at Udacity for the AI Engineer Nanodegree Program, advising students on topics of deep learning and computer vision. Dylan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, a Master’s in Computer Science with concentration in Machine Learning from Georgia Tech, and a Master’s in Computer Science with concentration in Technology Management from William Jessup University.

Kelli started her career in library science and medical coding, and more recently was Senior Taxonomy Analyst for System1 where she led taxonomy design and development to support a $1 billion+ performance search business across sites like Answers.com, StartPage, and MapQuest. Kelli has a Master’s in Library & Information Science from San Jose State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Feminist Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
