I will preface this by saying there are some parts of his show that are positive. Best available video is fun. Bad beats is interesting. When he tries, he can make good arguments and present stories in a compelling way.
However, all of this is buried behind a moronic facade that absolutely ruins the show. He tries way too hard to come across as a cool, hip guy despite being an awkward dweeb. He fills his highlights with dumb nicknames that he invented, dumb oral sound effects that he himself provides, and annoying fake voices that he probably laughs about to himself while half the audience is cringing. He seems to be in a personal contest with himself to see how many times he can spam that annoying "I like turtles" clip into every show. Yes I know it's for Maryland players, that doesn't make it any less annoying.
This speaks to a larger trend in sports media that gets worse every year. It's all about putting guys out there now who are playing a character or pushing hot takes just because they will generate a reaction and get more views and social media interaction. This is Skip Bayless's entire career. And the worst part is you get fans quoting him and using his quotes in debates without realizing that he's literally being paid to troll in real life. Stephen A Smith is another one. He's capable of decent and dare I say quite insightful sports analysis. However he resorts to playing this over the top outrageous character 90% of the time. Colin Cowherd's entire career is hot takes, then hyping himself up saying "it doesn't matter how many times I'm right, people are still going to argue with me." Yeah you're on radio for 2 hours a day 5 days a week, you're bound to be right about a lot of stuff. But he completely ignores and refuses to acknowledge the his litany of retard takes that end up being dead wrong. Like he's been bandwagoning and hyping up USC for 20 years at this point and they've been overrated every year since Pete Carroll left. And that's shameful in itself for UW alumnus to be dickriding a conference rival who routinely slaps around his school (at least until recently). It would be like a Tennessee fan dickriding Bama.
On top of that they force "cool/hip" guys into roles they aren't suited for and don't know much about. Max Kellerman is a boxing guy, he should never have been one of the leading voices of the network for all sports. Shannon Sharpe has valuable football knowledge, but his takes on anything outside of football are usually retarded. Mike Golic actually played football, had great football knowledge, and was an entertaining guy to listen to, yet ESPN ends the critically acclaimed and very popular Mike and Mike in order to give a promotion to effeminate weirdo Mike Greenberg who never played sports. Not saying you can't be a good analyst without playing sports, but listening to Mike and Mike, Greeny relied heavily on Golic for behind the scenes knowledge and on-field and locker room experience. And they give that guy a promotion to a nationally televised show, and end up letting Golic go 2-3 years later.
The problem is it's all about roping in the casual fan with saccharin storylines and retarded hot takes. Fantasy football gets casuals involved and that's why idiots like that ESPN fantasy guy on Facebook want the NFL to cater scheduling and league rules to fantasy players, which is absolutely ridiculous. Producers have their analysts, talk show hosts, and even game commentators talking more and more about Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes and less about actual Xs and Os. I used to like watching Edge NFL Matchup on Sunday mornings, and IMO it was a mistake letting Jaws go (although he kind of went off the rails after that, remember his "Kaepernick could end up the GOAT" take LMAO). People defended the decision to let him go though because they thought his analysis wasn't accessible enough because it went over casual fans' heads. Too bad, it's a football show discussing plays and strategy. It should be for more hardcore fans who understand that stuff or for people who aren't at that level and want to know more about it. There were and are plenty of other game day shows out there that are less in depth and analytical.
I just wish we could get some actual decent commentary and analysis back at ESPN and in sports media in general. I realize not all the guys I mentioned are ESPN guys any more, but they were at one point, and they are emblematic of the problem. Sports Center should be about showing fans the outstanding sports highlights of the day, as well as going through the games of the day for the major sports leagues. As for the talk shows, I don't have a problem with SOME wacky zany sports talk shows out there, but it's far too widespread at this point. Give us more people who actually know the sports that they're talking about, and more people who are genuine and are experts and give us their expert opinions on sports debates, not manufactured opinions that are only there to generate outrage from the viewers for clicks.

Which states can you think of that are more dominated by college sports? Either college football, college basketball, etc.
You can't listen to sports radio or watch sports anymore without spreads, props, and betting commercials galore. Plus you can't tell me more people inside the sport aren't betting now. Easy money for them. And it will be exposed at some point. Its inevitable.

A subreddit devoted to transgender issues pertaining to male-to-female or AMAB people. If you have an article you like, or a worry to talk about, or you just want to vent a bit about trans life, then we're here!
It would stop people from arguing about trans people in sports, it would diversify the team, and give more attention to women and genders other than men in sports (everyone tends to focus on the men's team). What do you think? I don't know a lot about sports, so I don't know if this is a good idea or not.
