Beginner gym incident
Beginner Question

Hey there everyone, I'm Alessandro 39 yo. Started BJJ just a month ago. Today I had an argument during open mat with a blue belt. But I have to make a premesis before telling what happened.

Since the very first day I got mauled by this guy, he is apparently famous for being a bit rough. He's been prohibited to roll with females too apparently, now the thing is, I've asked him to go easy a lot of times and apparently he doesn't understand. Lately I have been having a bit of an issue with my lower ribs and told him multiple times to go easy with the knee on belly, since he usually just puts it on the ribs... And not the belly. @ last week open mat I've told him and even during normal practice to go easy with the knee... He nods and proceeds to do it anyways. And then gets mad at me for cursing like I'm some kind of toddler.

One of the first lessons he even hit me on my forehead with his palm for some reason....

Today he did exactly the same thing and I had enough, told him off in front of everyone. And he told me "we are sparring! What do you want me to do ?!" And even got mad at me for cursing (it was a blasphemy but... I'm Italian and... Sometimes it's part of being italian). So after I told him off he said that I should not curse in class ... And refused my attempt to defuse the situation on the contrary he even hinted at some kind of reaction he would have... Not real threat... But close.

Many of the bystanders said they where sorry for what happened. But no words from the brown belt who was supposed to be the coach.... Now guys I'm asking you. Am I being a pussy? Or is this guy a giant douche ?
