I assume so, appears to be confusion regarding where he was actually living at the time of the elections.

Also it should be noted that the three votes was in three different elections (well one primary and two elections), not all in one election.

Oh and also could be mentioned that this guy appears to be a Democrat - unless I'm mistaken.
