Lava International is an Indian company that offers mobiles and tablets. It was incorporated in 2009 and since then offering affordable handsets, smartphones and tablets. Apart from India, the company also has operations in Africa. The company has launched a separate brand called Xolo, which has also launched Android smartphones. Lava's latest mobile launch is the Storm 5G. The mobile was launched in 21st December 2023. The phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2460 pixels at a PPI of 269 pixels per inch. The Lava Storm 5G is powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor and it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1000GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Lava Storm 5G packs a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Lava Storm 5G runs Android 13 and is powered by a 5000mAh. It measures 168.70 x 76.70 x 8.96 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 214.00 grams. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and Active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
