Event organizers said they have been working with the university for months while planning the event. An ASU spokesperson wrote in an email that the event was canceled due to procedural issues.

    And finally, Elmo offers as evidence of actual malice the great lengths and technical efforts Media Matters under took to uncover the reported facts about Xitter that Xitter itself had previously fought to conceal from their advertisers.
