Got a whole load of giberish starting with this:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityMalformedException: The "node" entity cannot have a URI as it does not have an ID in Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityBase->toUrl() (line 161 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/EntityBase.php).

Last time I tried to upload something... Is there a "known issue" with the site right now??

Hey, sorry about that. Have flagged up with the technical team. We are not aware of any issues with uploads at the moment. What file type were you trying to upload?

I've also encountered errors when trying to preview an article before submitting:

Can you let us know which article? I've tried it with a couple of tests and can't recreate the problem

My errors have only been occurring whenever I try to preview a new article I'm creating. It doesn't seem to happen on all articles. I can edit and preview this article for example

Dan and Adri, we think we have figured out the cause of that problem, and we hope to have now fixed it. Please take a look and let us know. In future if you have any technical issues just start a new Discussion about it and we can talk there.
