HOW DO I KNOW IF MY WANTED ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?
All the items shown in the website are actually in stock and ready to go. Very occasionally though, can be one item has gone out of stock in the last few hours; this happens rarely though since we normally have good stock of all titles and website is continuously updating, and we’d let you know in this case.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES, ANY PROBLEM?
No problem if you cancel your order or want any change on it whenever it has not been shipped yet. Notify please by e-mail or phone.
RETURNS, ANY PROBLEM?
No problem for returns of defective items, we’ll send you a new one. No problem for returns of any items you may have ordered by mistake, but the must remain unopened and exactly in the original condition they were. We’ll credit you (except shipping costs, at your charge).

I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE EEC, DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES? CUSTOMS?
If you are registered in our website with a delivery address outside the EEC, the website will show you the prices that will NOT include VAT. As for customs, it may depend on each country and it’s something totally out of our control.
