First of all, it has the same look as every other ai anime pic, whereas the drawing by khyleri has a distinct style to it, in linework, colouring, shading, etc. An ai at this stage could not properly recreate that style (unless it was fed only the art of that artist, for the purpose of copying that style)

Secondly, you said that there might be weird things in the background because the original was "probably ai-generated", but the thing is, those are intentionality drawn that way by the artist, small background oddities for the viewer to find, where as with ai, it can't make intentional imperfections, any mistakes or oddities just make the image worse

Time for me to dig into the "art" fully This picture is way too cluttered, what is meant to be the focus here? The buildings in the back? Or Ganyu? Is this meant to be about the character or the scenery, it can't decide. The lighting is also way too inconsistent, there are orange/yellow lights all around the place, but there seems to be a weird light glow on everything, I could assume ganyu is being lit up by the moon, but it seems to be coming from the wrong angle (and even it coming from behind her is because that's the only kind of lighting ai "art" can do". Also, with the moon, you'd guess it was night, but aside from some stars, it looks like day, because the sky is literally sky blue. It's ckeary meant to be a snowy winter day/night, which can be seen from piles of snow everywhere, but for some reason, the area where ganyu is standing has switched to spring, with lush green grass, and flowers growing. The lanterns are also extremely inconsistent, the patterns struggle to get the full way down, and, ofcourse, the shaoes on those lanterns are 100% not symbols in any language of earth.
