Dern is by far the most decorated jiu jitsu player in women's MMA but she's been unable to implement her game because her takedowns are terrible. She's credited with completing only 11% of her attempted takedowns over the span of her UFC career with an average of 0.61 takedowns for every 15 minutes.
Her only successful takedown leading to a sub was against a retiring Nina Nunes. Cifers and Markos had negative fight IQ and initiated the grappling/ground exchanges against Dern. Unless she scores a knockdown like she did against Amanda Bobby Cooper it's gonna be hard for her to get it to the ground against anyone in the top 5.

Heavy weight max is 265, and many of those guys still cut weight. He could be up against someone who rehydrates to 275-280ish compared to guys cutting to 205 and rehydrating to 230ish.
Most people over cleanse. You really don’t need to cleanse twice a day, or double cleanse daily. Save for athletes sweating a ton or those wearing stage or heavy make up for long periods, you’re just drying your skin out for little benefit imo.
Can we also consider that the roommates don't want to be a witness? They're not trying to catch secondhand trauma or become a victim to some nutjob on a rampage because OP can't make good choices. It's not just her own safety she's putting at risk here.

There's something to be said for protecting the threshold of your home from people until you have more of an indication of their degree of safety, that goes for men and women. The guys should be screening their visitors more diligently too.
It might not be fair but the reality is that most strange men present more physical danger to the roommates and their home than most women do. It feels like a double standard to OP but the 5’2” 125lb women her roommates are bringing home can’t kill them with their bare hands the way even a average sized man OP brings home can. Morally there is no difference but physically there is.
