People are acting like one particle of Ipe will poison you. Yes it's not good to breath the dust so are a lot of hardwoods (Walnut), is it the best wood for a cutting board, probably not, is it fine to use for that purpose, yes. It'll dull your knives but you are not going to get poisoned from it unless you decided to run it thru a drum sander, snort a few lines of dust, then sprinkle the remaining dust over your food for seasoning.
It won't fall off he will just pivot. The channel I imagine won't be the same but smart money is MrBeast knows this. If you think he isn't already planning for some sort of pivot either in content, or where his content is shown. YouTube isn't dying but it is a ceiling for MrBeast which is why he already diversified into the food sector, philanthropy, and into candy. All have had their successes and failures but overall he has learned how to grow business and use his celebrity. As long as he still has the drive he will be famous for his content regardless of the people in the video.

There's are a lot of reasons he gave up his ruse when he really didn't need to but the best answer is, they needed the stories plot to progress. He was a cocky inmate, so the writers writing that moment between Peggy and him makes sense for his character but also makes the plot juicy. Yeah it would make sense for him to keep Peggy coming back with his "timer sand" but you have to end the episode at some point.

Opinions on red oak? It's abundant in my area but I have never used it for something like this. I know it is hard as a rock but would it be good for this application?
How can I peek into the stall to see if anyone is in there if there is no crack? Terrible design
