I was scrolling fresh and I thought I would see some posts about it but I guess we are all over the moon about the new earnings.

Just sharing my opinion on the matter, this earning is significant but the timing is golden.

UBS just acquired all the shit bags from Credit Suisse, they are publicly sharing their intention to offload those bags.

Now, they saw this earning and this earning is the confirmation of the last 4 quarters, little by little GameStop has crawled back to profitability and now it is a profitable company and it will not go away.

I am pretty sure UBS was testing the water and wondering if they should play the same stupid game than Credit Suisse but this earning was the slap they needed to understand.

At the time of writing this post, it is an extra -4.5 billions $ losses, without considering the interests. Twice as much than what they paid to acquire Credit Suisse.

It is a hot potato and they must throw it before it burns them, because it will. Now they have been warned.
