About IPO’s, I have read some DD here, that underwriters are allowed to not only buy the shares cheaper, but to sell more than 100% of the shares, at the IPO, so they are short, even before the trading even starts, and when they can buy shares cheaper from the start… Jesus Christ.. it’s fucking corrupt

I have a feeling that theres a lot more DD that needs to be done about fractional shares..

There is no price discovery in fractionals, only full shares are visible at the tape, that means they were buying and marge called for sure.

Not only that, but we have learned that even during a margincall, they can circumvent the tape/ sell side, and buy fractionals only.. that’s fuked up…
