What? I don't generally use combined supplements like this, but I checked the label just now after reading this comment. I am well acquainted with every supplement on the ingredients list. Caffeine, taurine, L-Tyrosine, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, B vitamins... Everything on the list is safe and well-tolerated and in reasonable dosages. Some like the NALC are even dosages I would believe to be very minimally effective. The B's are in much lower amounts than you'd find in a standard B complex. The caffeine per serving is only 140mg. You're getting significantly more than that in a double shot of espresso and is less than a fifth what is known to be safely tolerated by healthy adults per day. The only thing I can see that might be a problem here is the L-Tyrosine and its association with photosensitivity and melanoma development, but even then, it's a supplement marketed for gamers and I don't know many people who do their gaming outside in the sunshine. I'm not going to go out and buy this, and if I did, I wouldn't drink several a day, but this is really not some irresponsible meth-analogue death concoction like you're making it out to be.
