According to the SEC website I believe this is "Wells Fargo Bank, National Association". It's only one of 3 subsidiaries listed that can operate nationwide. This might actually be somewhat of a big deal this time

This is my understanding of it, take it with a grain of sale I'm certainly not an expert.

Sure the fed of the world reserve currency likely can't go bankrupt, but we're talking about the treasury. The fed can step in to save the treasury but I believe he tackles that point with QE. Again I may be misunderstanding the whole thing but as far as I can tell peruvian bull is likely accurate as the treasury can't save itself
