The film is about a guy who pretends to be an older woman, using makeup and clothing to create a passable version of a woman, so he can deceive his wife and be around his kids.
The character Mrs Doubtfire is not a drag queen or a representation of drag.
Drag is obvious cross gender costume and makeup that isn’t supposed to pass. It plays with gender, caricatures it lavishly.
Doubtfire is not intended to be obviously male in female garb, the character is intended to pass.

How do you know how many people on a train speak Welsh? In some areas it could be 100%. Should the trains check in advance what language to broadcast the announcements in?

When the say uk, they mean England.
The Welsh are getting out of hand. I'm on a Transport for Wales train to Manchester Airport and all the announcements are made in Welsh first, and all the screens display Welsh for the majority of the time- helpfully informing everybody that we're going to Maes Awyr Manceinion.
If you were a tourist who had to rely on announcements of the next stop or weren't sure where the train is going it'd be a fucking nightmare, especially as the English announcement is made at the last minute after they've done all their larping
