Help is Waiting.

Call or Text - 988

If you are struggling with suicide, a mental or emotional problem, having trouble with drugs or alcohol, or having family or relationship problems - reach out. Someone is always here for you on the other end of the line.

You can call for yourself, or someone you care about. Crisis support is available 24/7 every day of the year.

ICSH is a member of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and is responding to 988 contacts for Idaho as part of a national network of crisis call centers.

Always here. Ready to Listen.

Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline provides 24/7 free and confidential support. We are committed to ensuring that those we serve are heard and empowered with options to stay safe while supporting their emotional well-being.

Crisis and suicide prevention support is available to you or a loved one.

What happens when you call the Hotline?

Our goal is to help you reduce stress and feel empowered to make decisions. You will be asked questions regarding your safety, feelings, and if you have thoughts of suicide. If a responder feels you are in danger they will speak with you about accessing emergency services. The responder can also work with you to create a safety plan if needed.
