I think people get house serious it is when they see their parents forced in nursing homes and medicare steals their house or when they gotta clock into 2 or 3 jobs and just pray to whatever they find holy that their teachers are raising their kids like they would if only they could afford to live. Personally, I applaud you for taking the stance you have on this specific 2nd amendment issue. It's not easy being honest about someone you voted for, said the 2008 Obama voter.
Then we both recognize that the country is destabilizing. That's good enough for me. Just please note what doors this administration is opening and the relationship between them all when it comes to the future. At the very least, his supporters should be seeing flashing yellow lights right now- it is about more than political parties at this point.
