Professor Gabriele Neher

Professor Gabriele Neher’s contribution to the Department of Art History has been outstanding. Alongside her passionate, successful and highly qualitative teaching, she has worked tirelessly to create opportunities for students, both in terms of research, skills and job prospects, first and foremost by supporting Crop Up Gallery. Her students describe her as a role model and a friend, someone who cares deeply for others and whose door is always open to discuss academic and personal issues. She specialises in Renaissance art, and is therefore represented by a custom-made Italian Cassone.
