Alan from Panda to appear on the Lights out Podcast
Ultimate

EE mentioned it on stream. Wonder how the dynamic will go. I know EE is always an advocate for hearing the other side out and apparently Alan has a few things he wants to say.

What interests me more about this is the shift in opinion a year after the controversy. The competitive smash scene is not at its best right now and many people (though not on this sub I think) have shifted mindsets onto more of a "we should've just let them have it, be happy to have nintendo finally recognize and support the scene and reap the benefits". The lights out trio specifically have said before that the community (them included) were stupid to boycott and oppose nintendo/panda. With EE and light saying the community would've been doing way better right now, and interestingly when cosmos said "well probably but we don't know for sure" light said "well I mean, we know for sure" and cosmos went "oh, yeah" strongly implying that they know something about the situation that regular people don't.
