NBA
With 3 losses in their group, it is now mathematically impossible for the Wizards to advance as the 1st or 2nd ranked spot in their group.
Unfortunately, Jordan Poole just could not do it.

In the midst of Draymond’s suspension, the comments have ranged from either Draymond hate or all the way to kicking him out of the league. It’s practically unanimous vitriol.
Wondering if Draymond was just born in the wrong era (or the wrong city. He grew up watching three of the four of the aforementioned players. 🤣)
Regardless, pretty fun to see.

Big one today. Here to help digest this 11 gamer for ya. Let's get it
We have 4 games tonight with totals o/u in the mid to high 230s
Bucks @ Hornets o/u 239.5. bucks -7.5
Milwaukee has Giannis listed as Questionable tonight. Andre Jackson got the start last time out and did 16 minutes of cardio...fucker...Malik Beasley had a 30 burger, and despite his inconsistency this season, would totally be viable again at $4600. Only if Giannis sits though. Khris Middleton is cheap $5400 but is still on a 20 minute limit with no clarity on what the plan is. You can't do it, hes been efficient, but the opportunity isn't there. Brook Lopez had 7 blocks last time out, and has the potential to do so again, but with just 2 or 3 stocks is only a solid-ish play at $5900. He can get there, and Charlotte is super turnover prone (Miami had 16 stocks vs them last game) though. Bobby Portis is more than fine at $6200 if giannis sits. Great play. And there's some guy named Dame you should be looking at too. Lot of good guards out there today in a lot of different price ranges. Not as much of a must play as the other night, but still a very good one.
The Hornets are a mess in every sense of the word. Rozier is still OUT, Hayward and Brandon Miller are Questionable tonight and the criminal Miles Bridges is slated to make his return. Bridges is only $5700 and if the other guys are all OUT, could be thrown into a pretty sizable role right off the bat. I can't imagine they want to watch JT Thor and Bryce McGowens eat minutes. PJ Washington 6200 and Lamelo Ball $9500 will see the vast majority of usage again tonight, and we're able to produce pretty damn well in their much lower scoring affair with the Heat. I think you're looking at those two guys, and maybe taking a flier on Bridges. Their Center situation is similar to the Hawks now. Each guy is starting to eat into the other ones production, except unlike the Hawks, one of the guys is $2000 cheaper. Nick Richards at $4600 is an absolute stud fantasy points/min and if he creeps into those mid 20s again, will get his number easily.
Kings @ Spurs o/u 238 Kings -8.5
Devin Vassell is sitting for the Spurs tonight and Tre Jones is Questionable to play. Julian Champagnie saw 30 minutes last time out and I'm curious if he'll get the start again tonight. He's only $4400 and if those minutes are safe, nothing wrong with that play. Devonte Graham $3500 saw some run last game, and will likely do so again. If this game stays close and gets to its total, it's because Keldon Johnson crushes his price tag of $6700, and Wembanyama does his thing. I think you can get there, but the Kings aren't the same team they were last year. They currently have the 12th best defensive rating in the league and are significantly better with Fox on the floor. This game has blowout potential and the Spurs looked real shaky last time out vs OKC. If you like this game to stay close, play Fox or Sabonis with Keegan or Huerter and run it back with two of Keldon/Zach/Wemby.
Sixers @ Hawks (236 o/u pk)
Philly drama gonna control the next few hours again with Joel Embiid Questionable. Nic Batum remains OUT. If Embiid sits, the Sixers get much more appealing to me. $4900 Paul Reed would be a total lynch pin if embiid sits, and Tobias and Melton turn into much better plays. Same with Maxey. The Hawks are deep in their rotation and are all solid plays given the total of the game, but not really any huge value to be had. I think they're all solid filler pieces if you end up there, but I'm not starting my builds around the Hawks. Obviously if Embiid sits, you play Reed, Harris, Melton and probably even Maxey. Jaden Springer $3500 got 20 minutes of run last game. Might be a decent tournament dart, prob not as good at that price as Devonte Graham though.
Phoenix @ Utah 236 o/u (phx -5.5)
Bradley Beal is OUT. For 3 weeks. The suns big 3 has yet to play together. Booker and KD are in though, and Book was hyper efficient in his 25 minutes the other, scoring 40+ fpts. KD has been an absolute machine this season, and is a really solid play again tonight. He's scored between 48-52 fpts in all of his last 6 games and at $9900 is pretty fairly priced. Booker $9600 is really not too bad either, his minutes may be a bit riskier though. Grayson Allen $4800 and Eric Gordon $5100 are solid plays and should see around 30 minutes tonight, but won't be huge usage guys. Nurkic has been real poor of late. His price is dropping but I'm not interested.
On the Utah side, John Collins is under priced. I'm not sure what happened but his salary seems to have dropped from 6k to $5300 despite back to back good fantasy performances. They've been carried by some blocks, sure , but Utah is still missing Walker Kessler down low, and Collins should get plenty of run. Very affordable and safe in the low 30s of minutes. Keyontae George $4900 and Ochai Agbaji $4300 have been pretty damn solid in their roles since moving into the starting lineup. I like the Agbaji price tag more for the value. Sexton is tournament flier that I won't get to. One of those guys that I can never seem to time and at $4700 the risk is higher than I can reason myself into. Lauri at $8400 is solid, but id probably rather play Clarkson at $7000 if I'm running back one of the Phoenix studs. Absolutely nothing wrong with a KD/Agbaji/Collins mini stack today. In fact I think that's a very solid combo to get exposure to this game. Good value, high ceiling.
Other news/things to watch out for
Houston @ LAC (Clippers -8 218 o/u)
I don't get this line whatsoever. The clippers have been dog shit and the Rockets have been on fire. The clippers dont have size, and the Rockets have a fantastic young big man in Sengun. The clippers don't have depth, Jeff Green is even producing as the 10th man for the rockets. The big thing of note on the Clipper side is the change in their lineup. Westbrook will be coming off the bench tonight. This should stagger their stars a little more, and could provide the consistency in their lineups they need. It will be interesting to see. Terrance Mann $4100 is slated to start and is an interesting play. He's been seeing minutes in the high 20s but hasn't done much with em. James Harden at $7000 is pretty damn intriguing without Westbrook in the starting lineup. And PG and Kawhi are fine. I don't think you touch this game if you're looking at cash games, but something feels like it's about to pop with this clipper team. Very fun to see what's gonna happen here. That line is about as weird as I've seen this year. And Vegas is right more than I am.
Boston @ Raptors
It sounds like Boston is gonna be getting KP and JB back tonight, which takes almost all of the appeal away from the Boston side of things. Too deep and high priced for me to get to. On the raps side, OG is likely sitting again and Otto Porter is not playing tonight. Gary Trent Jr at $4400 is absolutely a viable option and should really hurt Dick the most. I don't think you're looking anywhere else but GTJ here, but you could probably talk me into Scottie Barnes $9500. He's been real good this year, but id rather play KD today at just $400 more or go down a bit to get Wemby or Randle
Knicks @ Wizards. O/u 227 Knicks -7
Speaking of Randle, the Knicks play the Wizards today. And if you haven't been paying attention, the wizards fucking suck. The 227 number isnt that high, but it's high for the Knicks, who still have RJ Barrett listed as Questionable for this evening. Quentin Grimes has also been listed as Questionable for tonight's game. With a matchup vs the Wiz, and two guys who play big minutes likely sitting this could be a real bountiful place to spend your $. Hart at $5500 will see heavy run without those guys, and donte Divincenzo at $4000 would as well. I love Immanuel Quickly tonight at $5400 in this pace up spot without those guys. He gets his shots up. So do Randle and Brunson. If both Grimes and Barrett sit, I think you're playing at least one of Randle or Bronson tonight and feeling very good about it.
Nuggets @ Pelicans 225 o/u Nugs -5.5
This game could go a little forgotten today. Jokic is a monster and they're still without Jamal Murray. Feel free to force him if you want. Reggie Jackson at $5000 is solid for his price, KCP sees massive minutes nightly and is only $4400. Aaron Gordon $7500 and MPJ $7300 are too expensive though in my opinion. If you're playing Joker @ 12800 , you can run it back with one of BI $8300 or Zion $8100. Joval $6900 hasn't been great against Jokic in his career, averaging 14/8 in 18 games vs the big man. His minutes are high risk as well. Naji Marshall is $4700 now, but he's come back and provided a pretty solid spark to these Pels. Totally don't mind him here. His minutes could see another bump as he gets reacclimated to the squad. The big question of this game though is "will Jordan Hawkins produce for two games in a row?". If you think yes, play him at $5200. I personally think No. Herb Jones smashed $5900 last time, but 7 stocks is a lot to ask for. Too risky unless your stacking this game, which is even riskier.
B.O.L tonight
🐈
All are 0-3, meaning they are mathematically eliminated from advancing past the group stage. Better luck next year.
Jaylen Brown said he slipped and might have strained his groin. He said the In-Season Tournament court was slippery all game. He called it “unacceptable” and said the NBA needs to make sure safety is an emphasis before somebody gets seriously hurt.
Which NBA player has played the most games without ever coming off the bench? Lebron came off the bench twice in his career. Or who played the most games but fewest off the bench?
Break even day. Bubbled main slate with anthony black... kid just didn't even get a chance tonight. Been playing low 20s with suggs in and tonight without him just plays 10 minutes. Not even sure what happened. Thankfully night slate did well for me so was a break even day.

The Kings offense goes from 1st to last when he doesn’t play. In the 5 games he was out, the Kings dropped from 126.5 PPG to 102.6 PPG and the FG % dropped from 48% to 42%, the 3 PT % from 37% to 30%, and the offensive rating from 123.3 to 105.5 from the first 4 games he played before the ankle sprain. (Stats via Sacramento Bee and Frankie Cartoscelli, Kings Reporter)
Absolutely insane impact he has had on the Kings from when’s be on the court vs off.
