Solid day yesterday. Some real good plays some real bad ones (looking at you World B Flat), got an 8 gamer today and the news is pouring in. Let's do this sheet.
Mavs @ Wizards (Dal -5 o/u 244.5!)
This games got a massive total. The mavs need a bounce back game after shitting themselves last night and the Wizards are the wizards. I swear the Mavs have had the easiest schedule this year, im not fully buying their legitimacy, but they should win tonight. Kyrie Irving has been added to the injury report this morning and is Questionable with a foot injury. I'm going to treat it like he's sitting. The moves that catch my eye if he's out are the plays of Dante Exum $3700 and Jaden Hardy $4000. Hardy is much more of a pure scorer, but Exum has been receiving some extra minutes these last few times out. Exum has big stock potential when given extra run. Josh Green at $4300 could see into the high 20s- low 30s range of minutes as well. He's a solid piece but hasn't quite shown that ceiling this year. I don't mind getting to THJ at $5400 here but I'm not itching to force him into my lineup. Luka Doncic is expensive at $12000, but this is about as close as he gets to a must play if Kyrie sits. He's an absolute usage machine, and this total is massive. Hard to not see him perform here. On the Wizards side of things, I'm looking at Kuzma at $7700, Deni at $5700 and Tyus at $5800. I think those prices are very gettable for all these guys, with Kuzma and Tyus the most likely to ceiling their number. Might be plenty of value on this slate, and this games got the highest total. Starting builds with Luka and Kuz isnt bad by any means but there's a lot of options tonight.
Knicks @ Hawks (Atl -1 230 o/u)
The only news to pay attention to is the RJ Barrett news for this game. He's uncertain to play with an illness. If he sits, Immanuel Quickley gets a nice boost to his usage and I like that price of $5500. Last time out he went 1/10 from the field, which isn't going to happen again. He burned a lot of folks that night, so may be under owned. The studs in this game are all solid plays. I like ending up here, if the money works in theory, but they're not cornerstone type guys. Mitchell Robinson $5900 has been seeing more consistent minutes lately but he's a little risky for me. He crushed the Hawks last time out, but likely isn't getting 4 stocks again. I think this game should produce some solid performances, but it might be a bunch of high 30s low 40s in the fantasy department. I think DeAndre Hunter has the most appealing price at $5000. Gonna have to see how construction plays out to see if I end up with the studs here though. Might be a better irl game than fantasy.
Boston @ Philly (Bos -5.5 224 o/u)
Embiid is once again Question and the Nic Batum will be OUT once again. It's bewildering to me that KJ Martin Jr. hasn't gotten any run for this Sixer squad. Even more bewildering is that Roco got a price jump up to $4800 today after his 16 minute of cardio yesterday. Even if Embiid sits, that price is high enough to keep me away here. Paul Reed also got a boost in price up to $5000 which makes me think that the odds makers are really banking on Joel to sit. Reed is totally fine even at that price if Joel is a no go. Maxey $9800, Melton $5400, and Tobias $6900 are priced appropriately, but should be pretty damn safe plays, even in a blowout. Unless it's like 30 pts at half. The sixers just don't have enough guys to really cut down these threes minutes in a big way if the game is even slightly competitive. On the Cs side, Jaylen Brown was not at shoot around today, so I will assume that he is not going to suit up and KP is questionable. Sam Hauser has been real solid of late and his minutes should get into the mid 20s without JB. He may even draw the start here. White $6100 and Jrue $6600 would get some extra shots up, and PP $4000 should see a lil boost in minutes. If Kristaps sits too, then Horford looks real pretty at $4800. If we're without JB, KP and Embiid here, a Tatum, Hauser, White or Jrue, with Tobias, Melton, and Paul stack is a really good core that doesn't come close to breaking the bank.
Bucks @ Raptors (Mil -1.5 224 o/u)
Giannis is sitting today. Fire up those fucking Bobby Portis shares. He should smash at $5700. His averages without Giannis on the Bucks is a 16/10/2 line. Bucks are also missing Jae Crowder, so their wing rotation is a little funky. MarJon Beauchamp $4100 has been fools gold to me all year and I hate that I'm writing that name again, but don't be surprised if he has himself a lil game tonight. Pat Connaughton $4300 got a lot of run last game out and was solid, but his ceiling is small. Could tonight be the game Khris Middleton sees more than 20 minutes. If he was going to see 24-26, his price of $5400 becomes really appealing, if not, I'm not interested. Brook Lopez at $5500 is solid, but no need at Center tonight if we're going with Reed. Watch out for full minimum $3500 Andre Jackson to start seeing more and more run. They love the way he plays defense. Oh, and DAME IS ONLY $8100 WITHOUT GIANNIS. CMON NOW. The raptors side is just as much of a mess. OG and GTJ are Doubtful again, and Schroeder is Questionable. Malachi Flynn $4100 and Grady Dick $3700 are fantastic plays if Schroeder sits, and I don't mind grabbing some Dick even if Dennis goes. 😏. Scottie and Siakam are studs, and should be treated as such. If you can get there, play them with confidence. I like Scottie $9500 a touch more tonight, but Siakams price of $8300 is still really appealing without their full lineup. Nothing wrong with both, as you saw last time out. The trio of Poeltl, Boucher and Precious eat into each other too much to really get excited for and Otto Porter is just a dude. No need here for him.
Magic @ Bulls (Bulls -1.5 o/u 215!!)
DeMar DeRozan is OUT tonight. Alex Caruso has a Q also. Markelle Fultz is OUT for Orlando. Lavine $7900 and Vuc $8200 should do their thing tonight, and Coby White $5400 will enjoy the extra couple shots he gets. You can play one of these guys with a lot of confidence. My favorite being Vuc. The big rotation of Wagner and Bitadze is not going to be able to slow the might Vuc. Side note. If you ever want to be blown away by a weird stat, go look at Vucevics averages. The guy puts up 17/10/3 every year. It's like Khris Davis (for any baseball nerds) level of weird. The Orlando side has some appealing prices here. Tough to see getting there with how many good options there are tonight, but I don't have a problem with any of their studs. Franz $7200 and Paolo $7900 have been extra effective without Fultz, and Suggs $6200 is likely to see 30+ mins. Cold Anthony is back $5400 is cheap, but he goes through these stretches of shooting that make him tough to play. He's 3/20 from the field in his last 3 games. YIKES. Shout-out Joe Ingles by the way. Dudes just doin his thing.
Wolves @ Suns (Pho -6 o/u 224)
Ummm. Everyone of note is playing for these teams tonight. I don't know what to make of this. Using the studs here will be a great way to get different in tournaments, but there's so many great options today due to injuries/matchups it's really tough to get there. You're likely to see 1-5% ownership on all these guys tho, especially with the Wolves on a back to back. There's enough value on this slate to be able to fit in 2-3 of these dudes, and I really don't mind going with Ant and KD instead of plays like Tatum/Barnes in large field tournaments. It makes sense from a leverage perspective, as the other guys will likely eat up the ownership tonight. Could be genius. Could also be very stupid. Trust me, fading a 51% Siakam isn't always a good idea lol! He killed me the other night. Should be a great game of basketball either way.
Cavs @ Blazers (Cle -10.5 o/u 218.5)
Gross. Blowout potential spread, and a low total. Sure there's plenty of injury news here. Garland is OUT for the Cavs, same with Okoro, and the Blazers are one more guard injury away from just asking Chauncey to suit up. I don't think you need the Blazers value tonight, and Its hard to skip over a Donovan Mitchell $9700 price without Garland. It could be a good spot to get some leverage, but I won't be running to get guys from this game on either side. Just not appealing enough to force it in with so many better options across the board tonight. Ownership will be low here though, so do with that what you will.
Kings @ Lakers (LA -1.5 o/u 236.5)
The motherfuckin late night hammer is here. Fox is back, Lebron and AD don't have tags despite the back to back and there's really good stud plays earlier in the slate. This game will see ownership similar to that of the Phoenix/Minnesota game due to the way the rest of the slate is breaking out, but I absolutely love it from a tournament perspective. Fox at $9300 didn't have a minutes restriction the other night, and is fully capable of getting his number. AD $11500 and Sabonis $10100 have been on fire lately, and Lebron is Lebron. Reaves at $6000 has been great off the bench. Keegan "Keegan Murray" Murray $6800 is seeing his price climb but just went for 25/8 on 13 shots and only 2 free throws. Huerter and Monk at $5500 and $5700 respectively are solid plays and Javale McGee $3700 is a really fun idea as a tournament punt if Sabonis gets in foul trouble guarding AD. If you can find a way to load up on this game, I'll see you at the top!!
B.O.L tonight and thanks for the read!

I really like Charles Barkley "Even have a poster of him," but it seems like he will die on the hill that the two big tandem won't work.
If anyone saw last night Shaq actually seemed excited and giddy of what happened with Draymond, says he did nothing wrong and Shaq clearly doesn't like Gobert at all, would go as far to say he is actively rooting against him.
Nobody knows what Kenny the Jet Smith is saying half the damn time.
Even Ernie can't save that production, actually glad we don't have many prime-time games.
Wouldn't surprise me at all if that panel unironically mocked us for our players getting excited if we won the Inseason Tournament lol.
